xsolvere respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services.
Information We Collect

- Financial information that you voluntarily enter into the app, including credit card balances, credit limits, APRs, minimum payments, due dates, payment activity, utilization details, and other debt-related information.
- Messages, prompts, and other information you provide when using the AI Coach feature.
- Support information you provide when contacting us through Help & Support or by email.
How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, enter card or debt information, use app features, contact support, or interact with the AI Coach. We may also collect limited technical and usage information automatically when you use the app.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide debt payoff planning and card tracking features.
- Generate AI-powered debt coaching and recommendations.
- Save and display your cards, balances, payment plans, and progress.
- Provide reminders, insights, and app functionality.
- Improve app reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
Third-Party AI Services
The AI Coach feature uses Google Gemini, a third-party artificial intelligence service provided by Google LLC, to generate personalized responses, insights, and debt-related recommendations.
When you use AI Coach, information that you choose to provide may be securely transmitted to Google Gemini for AI processing. This may include messages, questions, credit card balances, credit limits, APRs, minimum payments, due dates, payment information, credit utilization data, debt payoff information, and other information necessary to generate personalized recommendations and responses.
This information is shared solely for the purpose of processing your request and generating AI-powered responses, insights, and recommendations. Before any information is transmitted to Google Gemini, xsolvere presents an in-app AI Coach Privacy Notice that identifies the AI provider, explains what information may be shared, and requires your explicit consent before continuing.
AI Processing Consent
During account creation, users are required to accept our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. In addition, users must separately acknowledge and accept the in-app AI Coach Privacy Notice before accessing AI-powered features. No AI requests can be submitted until consent is provided.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate, secure, and improve xsolvere, including:
- Google for AI processing services.
- Authentication providers for account sign-in and account security.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and app services.
- Support and communication providers when you contact us for help.
- App store providers for subscriptions, billing, and purchase management.
Subscriptions and App Store Purchases
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, billing and payment information is handled by the applicable app store provider. xsolvere does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
